I went on a short hike this week to do some testing of my new hiking poles. I have never used poles on any on my hikes ever before, but i have been curious of what the benefits are. So i headed to a nearby trail along the seashore in Asker (Norway) to test them out.
I have to say, i like the feeling and the extra stability and involvement of my upper body. I am definitely gonna do some thorougly testing in different nature environment. The poles i am currently testing are made of carbon fiber with natural cork grips. Please leave a comment on what properties you would value in ‘the best’ hiking poles ever!?!👏
